Other essential information

It goes without saying that we want all our guests to arrive safely, have an awesome time and leave safely.  Part of the house dates back to pre 1900 so there are few things to note!

· The stairs down to the cellar area are quite steep, so you may want to bring an extra safety gate for smaller children

· The house is on a main road. However, there is a path at the back of the co-op car park next door that leads to a much quieter road for getting into the centre of Llangollen.

· The front drive is on a slope, so please leave your car in gear as well as putting the handbrake on.

· When leaving, please consider turning round on the drive so that you are not reversing onto the main roads.

Regent Retreat has various safety features that you simply won't find in other holiday homes, such as a sprinkler system, full fire/smoke alarm, fire extinguishers, fire doors to all bedrooms and a fire escape from the top floor down to the garden.
